February 15th, 2017 LO/MIT, SOLEC

on the house radioWhile exhibiting our line of LO/MIT attic radiant barrier paints at the International Builders’ Show in Orlando last month, SOLEC’s very own Bob Aresty was interviewed by the Carey Brothers (James and Morris) of On the House Radio. The Carey Brothers were broadcasting their popular radio show from the halls of the Orange County Convention Center and were interested to share our story with their listeners. James and Morris are award winning contractors from the San Francisco Bay area who also specialize in radio and broadcast television with the main purpose of educating the pubic and other contractors about home improvement. From their website:

“James Carey and Morris Carey, known as the Carey Bros., are nationally-recognized experts on home building and renovation. They share their 70+ years of experience as award-winning, licensed contractors with millions of people nationwide through a weekly radio program and syndicated newspaper column both titled On The House.

With wit, enthusiasm and clarity, the Carey Bros.’ syndicated newspaper column, four-hour radio broadcast, podcast, blog, and daily radio vignette offer people money-saving tips on building, remodeling and repairing homes.”

They are big believers in radiant barrier attic technology as a means to cool homes and lower air conditioning costs. LO/MIT is an ideal radiant barrier product for remodels because of its ease of installation, low cost and efficiency. Listen to the clip from the NAHB show below:
